During high season, in case of cancelation, there will be no devolution of the advance payment. This amount couvers the costs and reserved time. As soon as a date is fixed, other potential guests will no longer be able to make a booking.
Since not everybody is a huge fan of pets, and hygiene and night's rest are quite important, dogs are not allowed...
